The fee structure at Ts'epong as determined by the Government of Lesotho is the same as in all other Government Hospitals and clinics.
The professional staff needs adequate clinical time with patients and for the best clinical outcomes our patients also need time to rest.
Visiting hours must therefore be strictly adhered to. It is also advisable that a patient has no more than two visitors at a time.
No children under the age of 12 are allowed inside the wards due to infection control principles.. Although special arrangements
may be made for terminally ill patients we respectfully request that all visitors adhere to the visiting hours as listed below.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
As custodians of private and confidential medical information the hospital may not release any information about the patient's condition
and treatment without the patient's consent. Patients are advised to discuss the relevant information with family, concerned friends and
A public telephone is available for use in the retail pharmacy. Cellular phones are brought into the hospital at your own risk.
Please note that the use of cellular phones is restricted in certain areas to avoid interference with medical equipment.
The composition, kind and portion size of meals provided to our patients have been carefully determined with the patient's health in mind.
Special diets are often recommended by healthcare professionals. Please enquire with the nursing staff on the kind of food recommended.
We also urge visitors to only leave fruit and juice and not to leave any other food behind for the patient.
VALUABLES, CLOTHING AND FIRE ARMS
The hospital provides all patients with hospital gowns. On admission relatives should take all valuables and clothing home.
While the hospital endeavours to ensure safety of valuables and clothing that may be left behind during your stay the hospital
cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.. No firearms are allowed on the hospital's premises.
The hospital is a smoke free area. Smoking is only permitted in designated smokers' areas.

Consultations and medication are free of charge while some services like dentistry, radiology and minor procedures attract a fee as gazetted.
